Policies

SHIPPING AND HANDLING

We ship all orders USPS or UPS Ground depending on size and weight. Your package / packages will be shipped to you the day WE RECEIVE THE PARTS, NOT THE DAY YOU ORDER THEM.

We can expedite parts orders but the customer will incur additional shipping and handling charges. Orders containing large, overweight, or oversize packages will be shipped UPS Ground and will also be subject to additional shipping charges (Fenders-Racks-Wheels-ETC). We may inquire about insurance on your order.

The shipping charges are calculated per amount of the order and your shipping destination. Depending on the size of the package and your delivery location, oversize / overweight charges can run from $20-$100 per package.

WE WILL CONTACT YOU BY EMAIL OR PHONE IF OVERSIZE / OVERWEIGHT SHIPPING CHARGES APPLY, BEFORE THE ORDER IS PROCESSED Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and Guam residents will incur additional shipping charges for those orders. WE DO NOT OFFER C.O.D.

Consolidated Shipments: Entire orders will be shipped together if possible.

SHIPPING COSTS

This is a list of our shipping costs per order amount. Each shipping cost is shown for orders up to the given dollar amount. Remember, your order may require additional shipping cost due the size of the items in your order. You will be contacted before the order has been processed if your order will incur additional shipping costs.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

International orders will be shipped by either UPS or USPS. UPS only offers Worldwide Expedited or Worldwide Express for international shipments except Canada. USPS takes longer to receive as the package must arrive into the customers country and pass customs. These shipping services have higher fees due to UPS and USPS charges. The customer should expect to pay taxes, duties, brokerage fees, etc. as they are NOT included in the order total. Mikes Cycle Shop is not responsible for these charges.

WHEN WILL THE ORDER SHIP?

We work hard to ship your order as soon as possible! Most orders will ship within 2-4 business days after your order has been placed. In most instances, you should receive your order within 5-10 business days.

We will not be held responsible for delays from the package carrier due to incorrect addresses, inclement weather, or any unforeseen circumstances. There may be instances when a delay is caused by manufacturer back orders or discontinued items.

If we notice a delay in your order, we will attempt to contact you as soon as possible to avoid additional delays. On some occasions we do not find out about back orders or discontinues until after the order has been submitted.

TRACKING MY ORDER

If you sign in or “create an account” before placing the order, you will be able to go back into the account and receive tracking numbers.

EXPECTED DELIVERY TIME

Most orders will not ship until 2-4 business days from order date, so please allow 5-10 business days for delivery of non-backordered items in the continental US. Allow additional time for shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, etc., and International Orders.


RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

We must be contacted before returning any items to us. All items must be returned no later than 15 days after the delivery date. If a return is granted, we will supply you with a RGA (return goods authorization) number that is to be displayed prominently on the outside of the package.

Do not ship items back in just the original package, it must be placed in another box to be shipped. DO NOT MARK ON THE ORIGINAL PACKAGE OR DEFACE PART NUMBER. All items must be in re-sellable condition, if the package is defaced, the package will be returned to the customer and no refund will be issued.

Returns and exchanges will only be accepted if, in the original unopened package and still in new condition. Parts that have been installed will not be accepted for return. It must include all instructions and original packing material.

Customer pays all return shipping charges. Include a copy of your packing list with all returns. Original shipping and handling charges are not refundable. Returns must be preauthorized and will be subject to a 20% re-stocking fee. These amounts will be deducted from the original amount billed and the remaining balance will be credited to the original credit card or paypal account.

Customers returning packages without a return authorization number will either be charged shipping for us to send it back to you, or we will accept it as free parts.

If a package is denied for any reason besides the package being damaged, the customer will incur charges to return the package to us as well as a 20% restocking fee. Please allow 15 business days for all returns to be processed from day of package return.

NO RETURNS ON ELECTRICAL ITEMS. NO EXCEPTIONS!

CANCELLING ORDERS

All valid orders are deemed final. If you wish to cancel an order or any items on your order once processed, there will be a 20% restocking fee charged. If you are not sure of what you are ordering, please contact us so that we may assist you.

ORDER ERRORS

Customer Order Error: Incorrect customer orders will be subject to a 20% restocking fee. The customer is responsible for the shipping of the returned item/s as well as the shipping of the correct item/s.

Shipping error: If you received and item that is incorrect on our behalf, we will send the correct item at no additional charge, and cover return shipping of the incorrect item. All sales are considered final after 15 days from delivery date.


SALES TAX

5% sales tax is charged on all orders in the state of Wisconsin.


PAYMENT METHODS

Orders accepted via secure online order form only. Most major credit cards are accepted along with Paypal.


BACKORDERED ITEMS

Backorders: If an item is backordered, we will notify you via e-mail.

Shipments scheduled more than 30 days after the order date: We will notify you via email and give you a cancellation option.

In some cases an item may move to backorder status once ordered thru Honda. This is out of our control and we will allow you to cancel only the backordered item.

If you do wish to continue with any order and a part is on backorder, you will be charged for this item at that time. This is the only way for us to secure the part from Honda.

Filling backorders: Backorders will be filled before new orders when the backordered items become available. If you wish to ship an order before backordered items arrive additional shipping fees may apply.


POLICIES

Individual product descriptions are claims of the manufacturer and/or distributor and are not guaranteed accurate. Prices subject to change without notice. Mistakenly posted prices on the website do not obligate us to those incorrect prices. We reserve the right to refuse to sell to anyone for any reason.
